Standard
Pricing
Our
standard prices are based on a per-form/record
basis. Depending on the quality of your
data, this
method generally works to your advantage.
However, if you have a project and need a
firm quote,
you can send us a sample of your
data and we will prepare
a contract proposal for you. If your
data is in good form, with few or no
processing errors, we may be
able to offer our minimum fee regardless of
the number
of forms you need to submit.
See below for minimum fees.
Please
note that for all minimum fee quotes, we may
need to add $125.00 per hour to repair
processing errors in your data.
Note: The prices for print and mail
service refer
to one-page prints.
In instances like the
W-2, we'll
print copy B & C for the recipient,
which will
print on one page. If you require
Copy 1 and 2,
this is a separate page print,
and
incurs an extra charge of .20 per
page.
Please let let us know if you desire a
one- or two-
page print for the recipient
forms W-2.
The requisite Employee Notice
and
Instructions
are included with
all form W-2 mailings.
Forms W-2 and
1042-S are printed onto
perforated
paper. Forms 1099 are printed
on regular
laser stock.

Assured
accuracy with standard procedural
tests.
After conversion or manual entry
of your
data into our MAG-C
program, all entries are
visually
scanned to check for inaccurate
or missing data. MAG-C also performs
error-checking while processing and formatting
data, each field checked for such errors as invalid
identification numbers,
missing
required data, and invalid
numerical data. Required
calculations and data verification are performed
by two isolated procedures; once at the
forms level
and again during the electronic file
format process.
Both
totals must match the customer file total.
When
the electronic formatted file
is
produced, it is then
checked
again by a special utility
program designed for
this purpose. This utility reads the
formatted file,
compares the data
and reports the following:
--
Correct record length and file
size.
-- Reads and totals each appropriate record
field and matches
with the recorded total.
-- For 1099, reads amount code
value and
totals separate code
values for matching
with the totals recorded.
-- Checks to assure all required
record types
are present, and
counts total of recipient
records to match with recorded total.

Data entry projects for $15
hour, or we'll negotiate
a per-page quote for you. All work is done
inhouse,
so your data is secure.
Negotiated Projects
Due to the diversity of file
conversion projects, the
differences in service value and the budget alloted
for the
project,
we can negotiate a contract fee.
The customer should send a description of
the
project,this description to include number of
files,
total volume in megabytes,
a sample of each type
file in the
project, and a suggestion for pricing.
We will evaluate the
project and estimate our
costs to
see if we can meet your price requirements.
If not, we will
make a compromise offer.
File Types...
Our
only price guideline is $15-50
per file, $50
minimum. You can
also call Gary Bockmon at
830-569-3101, but no consideration will be given
the
project
until we receive the
project description.
